TWO14 PURPOSE AND VISION
The purpose of Student Ministries is to reach Middle School and High School (7th - 12th grade) students with the life changing reality of Jesus Christ, making them into mature believers, and equipping them to live missionally amongst their peers.

Sign Up for IGNITE (Wednesday Night Gatherings)

  

Sunday Mornings

On Sunday mornings we meet from 10:30am-12:15pm upstairs in room 204. It is meant to be a connecting point for new students as well as a reconnecting point for our current students. The morning includes a hangout time, worship and relevant biblical teaching.

 

Wednesday Nights: IGNITE

All 7th - 12th grade students join together on Wednesday Nights in the Student Room for fun games, engaging worship and small group discussion. 7:00pm - 9:00pm. If you're visiting for the first time or have been here for 15 years, join us! The first Wednesday of every month is called "LIT" which includes fun games and a longer time in a large group format. The other Wednesdays are called "Fireside" which focus more time in small groups on a deeper relational level. 

Events

Throughout the semester we have planned events every month, in order to help build better community and engagement among our students. Events range from retreats, to service projects, to just having fun together. (See the calendar link above)

 

Global Outreach (GO) Trips 

GO Trip teams are made based on application and interviews. We raise tax deductible donations individually and as a team for these trips.

GO Haiti 

The trip typically costs $1700, which includes airfare, food, housing, and resources needed to for ministry while there.

We partner with Mission of Hope Haiti, an organization that daily serves the people of Haiti with orphan care, health care, education, church advancement, nutrition, and countless other projects.

GO Roatan, Honduras 

The trip typically costs $1200, which includes airfare, food, housing, and resources needed to for ministry while there.

We partner with Roatan Mission, an organization that daily serves the people of Honduras by sharing the love of Christ in word and deed. We work with children in Bible School type settings as well as participate in service projects for the community and visit those in prison.

GO New Orleans, Louisiana 

The trip typically costs $575, which will include transportation, food, housing, and all the resources needed to help the ongoing disaster relief efforts and the Day Camp "NOLA:fusion" for children in New Orleans.

We work with the Urban Impact mission organization through Castle Rock Community Church.

Annual Events

RENEW - A winter retreat for 7th - 12th grade students. Biblical teaching, authentic worship and a fun camp with multiple activities for a weekend in January.

Spring Break Trip - A fun 3-4 day trip that typically invovles camping and other outdoor activities. This trip includes Bible reading and worship but is more heavy on the fun aspects.

Captain's Camp - A one night event in the spring for our high school students who are interested in becoming leaders among their peers, especially for those who want to be Team Captians or Lieutenants for our Great Adventure Bible Club teams.

Boot Camp - This is a training camp for a week in June when we train students to be leaders, story tellers, and evangelists preparing them to lead our Bible Clubs.

Bible Clubs - Four day event where students share the Gospel and Bible stories with children in neighborhoods througout our surrounding areas.

GO Trips - Global Outreach trips to stateside and international locations for one to two weeks in July.

Friendsgiving - A thanksgiving themed meal on the first Wednesday in November. Bring a side to share!
