A Holy Habit is a spiritual practice, discipline, or rhythm a believer embraces to help him/her meaningfully connect with the life of God. They are mere means to an end—the end being enjoyable, obedient fellowship with God and the experience of a healthy soul.
To form one of these holy habits, prayerfully work through the following:

4. Share your plan.

5. Anticipate attack.
What resistance do you think you will have to overcome? How can you prepare?
What strategy do you think Satan will employ to discourage or distract you? What will you do?
6. Work your plan for 30 days.
7. Evaluate the habit’s helpfulness after 30 days.
